We have just arrived home and we wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you and the staff at Le Chateau de Bagnols so much for giving us such a wonderful weekend.
It was so kind of you to upgrade us to the Appartment de Bouquets. I am just so sorry that I was unwell yesterday and unable to go out because Peter and I wanted to tour the area by car, although we did have some wonderful walks on the previous days. We had planned to have dinner in the Salle des Gardes last night but unfortunately my illness stopped us. However, we hope to return later in the year because we had such a wonderful time.
We wish you all every success with the new von Essen hotel and hope to see you soon.

I just wanted to say a really big thank you to you for working so hard on our event.
Everything was a total success and I know you worked your very hardest in helping me make that possible.... and you kept a smile on your face the entire time.
In fact, all the staff at Chateau Bagnols were a delight to work with...... they were all brilliant! I would like you to give them all a big pat on the back, because they had some tough guests to please and deal with, and they did an excellent job with everything.
The food and service was wonderful and I know the clients were very happy with the way it all went and I am sure you will have a some returning guests sometime in the future.
I hope we will get the opportunity to work with each other again in the near future, as I will miss our 145 emails a day.

I just wanted to thank you so much for organising my stay at Chateau de Bagnols. I had such a wonderful time there. It was great to see the Chateau at last and see what a beautiful area it is in. I loved our room, particularly the tower bathroom and the view. The Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we had a great tour.
Dinner was sublime, extremely memorable and totally delicious. What a fabulous dinning room!
Thank you again for sorting out the visit for me-I look forward to sending many clients to the Chateau in the near future!
