The majestic, Michelin star Salles des Gardes is the main dining room, where the coat of arms above France’s largest Gothic fireplace marks the royal visit of Charles Vlll in 1490. Guests enjoy robust Beaujolais cuisine, including local charcuterie, river fish and exceptional cheeses. The china, glass and Irish table linen were all especially designed and made for the Chateau.
